The goal was to integrate proven strategies with market insights, maximizing usability—acknowledging that seasoned professionals should not have to navigate the learning curve of new software. The ambition: to craft the most intuitive, customer-focused HR SaaS platform imaginable. We conducted design sprints, constantly validating our ideas with customers, and applied a WYSIWYG approach where feasible. Alongside the path, I helped streamline Airbo’s design system, reducing the number of components for simplicity and coherence.
